Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Owner went above and beyond, providing shuttle service and helpful recommendations. Onsen and traditional setting were highlights. Spacious room, great breakfast, and welcoming lounge and gardens. Friendly staff and separate family bath. Convenient bike rental and nearby sushi restaurant and onsen.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very great, even picking us up from the train station. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful lounge area and gardens. We particularly enjoyed renting bikes to explore the city. The breakfast was also a highlight, with both Japanese and Western options that were delicious.
Nothing to mention.

Had breakfast twice and it was good. Conveniently located with many restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly and responsive. Enjoyed having access to the onsen.
The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on outside. The room was quite small, so don't expect much space to move around.

Spent Xmas in a traditional Japanese Inn and it was a unique experience. the staff was really kind and helpful, even offering us a ride from the train station. the best part was the hot spring bath that we were able to book for private use at no extra cost, and it was so soothing after a long day of exploring. the sushi restaurants in the surrounding area were amazing!
The location was not the most convenient, as it was a bit far from the main attractions. the noise from the nearby street could be heard at times, but it didn't bother us too much.

The inn offers a choice between Japanese and Western, style rooms, and the lounge, gardens, and recreational areas are welcoming. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing pick, up and drop, off at the local train station. the breakfast is said to be delightful and features incredible salmon.
One downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way and requires navigating local buses to get to tourist areas.
